Space: 10×10 ft. No chairs, tables, or equipment provided. Everything you bring must fit inside the 10×10 footprint and remain there during setup, event, and teardown. No electrical, lighting, Wi‑Fi, storage, or other amenities unless confirmed.
Access & timing: Use specified load‑in/load‑out windows; late arrivals may forfeit space. Complete setup, breakdown, and waste removal within assigned times. Coordinate delivery vehicle size/timing in advance.
Insurance & liability: You must carry insurance and indemnify the venue; venue may require a certificate naming it additional insured.
Changes & cancellations: Any changes must be requested in writing and approved. No refunds
