Access & timing: Use specified load‑in/load‑out windows; late arrivals may forfeit space. Complete setup, breakdown, and waste removal within assigned times. Coordinate delivery vehicle size/timing in advance.
Insurance & liability: You must carry insurance and indemnify the venue; venue may require a certificate naming it additional insured.
Changes & cancellations: Any changes must be requested in writing and approved. No refunds
